Is there any gcc 2.95 RPM package for RH 6.0 available?
I can find nearlly anything in an RPM Package except the gcc 2.95.
What's wrong? Does gcc 2.95 have problem with RH 6.0? Or there is the
package, but I just didn't find it?
I have thought to build it by myself. After reading some doc about rpm,
I found that it would be a huge project for a newbie like me. I am
afraid that the 2.100 will come out when I finally figure out how to
make 2.95 into rpm package. :(
I know that I can use tarball, but it is just too troublesome to upgrade
in future. Also, it is not a good option for a newbie like me.
Any comments or help in finding/building the rpm package for i386 will
be highly appreciated!
