Getting started

I am just about to start some Linux kernel/driver
development.  Can anyone point me to
the best resources to learn about this.
I need to know:
    - how/where to get kernel source
    - how to build/install kernel and driver modifications
    - kernel debugger info (assuming there is one..)
    - kernel library/interface specifications
    - etc..
