Sherry Adam's Peanut Butter Fudge
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 small can evaporated milk
1 12 ounce jar or 2 cups of peanut butter
Creamy is best, but chunky can be used.
1 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Combine, sugar, margarine and evaporated milk.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Boil five minutes over medium heat.
Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla.
Beat until well blended and pour into a 9 by 13 inch pan.
Cool, and cut into squares.
