Salmon Salad Sandwiches

 

2 T  sour cream

2 T mayonnaise

2 t lemon juice

1 t dried dill weed, crushed

1 can (6 oz) chunk salmon packed in water, drained

black pepper

lettuce leaves

4 slices  Bread

12 thin cucumbers slices

 

Stir sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill in bowl.

Add salmon and toss to coat.

Season with black pepper.

Divide lettuce and salmon mix between 2 bread slices.

Top with cucumber and remaining bread slices.

 

Makes: 2 servings.
