SHELL MACARONI  CASSEROLE
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. shell  macaroni, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. canned tomatoes
2 c.  Velveeta cheese
1 med. onion, chopped 
Cook ground beef and onion until  done. Add soup and simmer 10 minutes. Add 
tomatoes and simmer 20 minutes. Add  cheese, saving 1/2 cup to be sprinkled 
on
top of casserole. Mix macaroni and  meat mixture together. Top with extra 
cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20  minutes. Freezes well.  Enjoy.
