Salisbury Steak Bake 1 (10-3/4-ounce can golden mushroom soup, divided 1-1/2 pounds ground beef 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 cup finely chopped onions Dash pepper 1/3 cup water Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onions and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat. Combine remaining soup with water. Pour over patties. Bake for 10 minutes.
