Lemon Squares

3 cups flour
3/4 cup confectioners'  sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups cold butter

For The  Topping:
6 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1  1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Confectioners' sugar

In a  large bowl, combine the flour, confectioners' sugar and salt.  Cut in 
the  butter until crumbly.  Pat into a greased 15 x 10 inch baking pan.   
Bake at 350 F for 16-20 minutes or until set and the top is golden  brown.   
For the Topping:  Combine the eggs, sugar, lemon juice,  baking powder, and 
salt in a bowl.  Pour over the crust.  The Pan Will  Be Full.  Bake for 
16-20 minutes longer or until set and the top is golden  brown.  Cool.  Dust 
with confectioners' sugar.  Cut into  squares.  Makes 4 dozen
