CABBAGE CASSEROLE
1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green cabbage head,  shredded
1/2 cup uncooked rice
8 ounces tomato  sauce
1 cup water
Preheat
the oven to  350 degrees. In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef and 
onion. Drain
the  beef mixture and transfer it to a baking dish. Spread the shredded 
cabbage  evenly
over the beef. Sprinkle the rice over the mixture and add the tomato  sauce 
and water.
Bake for 50 minutes or until the rice is tender.
