Chicken Pizza
 
    One 12-inch prepared  pizza crust   One 14-ounce jar  pizza sauce, or 
your favorite marinara sauce   One 8-ounce package  shredded mozzarella 
cheese   2 cups (diced or  sliced your choice) yellow, green or red bell 
pepper, 
or a mixture of all  three   2 tablespoons  garlic-flavored olive oil   One 
10-ounce package  fully-cooked PERDUE SHORT CUTS Italian Style Carved 
Chicken Breast or your  brand of choice 
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. 

Put the pizza crust on  a pizza pan or baking sheet and spread the pizza 
sauce over the top of it.  Scatter about 1 cup of the cheese over the sauce.

In a medium bowl, toss the peppers with the oil. Spread half of the peppers 
over the cheese.  Top with the chicken and remaining peppers and cheese. 

Bake for  15 to 18 minutes or until the crust is browned and the cheese is  
melted.
