Southwestern Beef Supper 1/2 pound ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 3 cups frozen O'Brien potatoes, thawed 1 cup salsa
Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet. Pour off any drippings. Stir in potatoes and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in salsa and continue to cook 10 minutes longer. 6 servings. Weight Watchers Points: 4 points
