Snow cap cookies

In a large mixing bowl, beat 6 eggs; add 16 ounces of confectioners sugar and 
continue beating for 10 minutes.  Gradually add 3 cups flour and 4  tbs of 
anise seed.  Mix well, if batter is too thin add additional flour.  Drop by tsp 
 or tbs  for larger cookies on a well greased cookie sheet.  Batter will 
spread, leave room on cookie sheet.  Let stand at room temperature overnight, 
crust will form on cookie.  Bake in a 325 oven for 12-15 minutes; remove while 
still white, cool and remove.  



I made them yesterday they are unusual tasting.  Don
