OVEN BAKED CORNFLAKE CHICKEN
6 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup  evaporated milk
1 cup cornflake crumbs
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
3 TBSP  butter (cut into 12 pats of butter)

Spray baking sheet with cooking  spray. Place 6 pats of butter on baking 
sheet. Dip chicken first in evaporated  milk, then cornflake crumbs. Place 
coated chicken on a pat of butter and  sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top 
chicken with another pat of butter. Bake at  350 for 30 minutes.
