I just love this dish,, I haven't have it with bacon before, but I'm game for it. LOUISIANA DIRTY RICE
3 c. cooked rice, cooked with chicken bouillon cube in water 1/2 lb. ground pork 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. ground chicken, gizzards and livers 3 stalks chopped celery 3 chopped onions 3 slices chopped bacon Salt and pepper Garlic Parsley Green onion tops Olive oil Brown meats in olive oil. Remove and saute vegetables. Mix together with rice and seasonings.
