GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE   

Grease a 9x13 pan.  
Mix 1 cup coconut and 1 cup pecans together. 
Put in pan. Mix German  chocolate cake mix as directed on box 
and pour over nuts and coconut.  
Mix 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 stick butter (warm in microwave), 
then mix  in one pound of powdered sugar and stir well. 
Pour over batter. Do not stir.  
Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes or plus. Cool 30 minutes. 
Turn upside  down on flat surface.
