Chicken and Noodles with Alfredo Style Sauce

Serves 4--1-1/3 cup per serving.

6-oz. dried no-yolk egg noodles
1/4 c. light tub cream cheese
1/4 c. fat-free or light sour cream
1/4 c. fat-free milk
1 medium garlic clove
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Vegetable oil spray
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts or tenderloins, cut into thin strips
1/4 tsp minced green onions
2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese

Prepare noodles according to package directions omitting salt and oil.
 Drain well.

Meanwhile in food processor or blender, process cream cheese, sour
cream, milk, garlic, salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper until smooth.

Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat.  Remove from heat and
lightly spray with vegetable cooking spray.  Cook chicken for five
minutes or until browned.  Stir in cream cheese mixture.  Cook for 30
seconds.  Stir in noodles.  Remove from heat.

To serve, sprinkle with green onions, Parmesan and pepper.
