Creole Pork Chops 8 pork chops 2 large onions 1 bell pepper 3 potatoes 3-4 carrots 1 can tomato soup 2 cans Rotel tomatoes with chilies Creole seasoning
Season pork chops with creole seasoning and brown lightly in a heavy skillet. Chop onions and bell peppers; quarter potatoes and carrots. Place pork chops in a 9-by-13-inch pan and layer vegetables on top of meat. In a large bowl mix soup and tomatoes together. Pour this mixture over the meat and vegetables.
