GROUND BEEF AND BUTTER BEANS
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, sliced in rings
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 (15 oz.) can butter beans (lg. limas)
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown ground beef. Add onion and green pepper. Cook only until onion and pepper 
are
cooked but still crisp. (I saute them first, then remove to brown beef, then add
later.) Add butter beans with liquid and heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. 
Quick
and easy.  Enjoy.
