Basic Yellow Cake 2 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. oil 1 c. milk 2 eggs
Mix all ingredients together and pour into lightly greased and floured cake pan (oblong 13x9 or 2 round 8" or 9".) Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
