Chunky Sausage Soup

1 cup sliced carrot
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
1 (14 oz) can tomatoes, diced in juice
2 cans (14 oz each) beef broth
7 oz swift brown n serve turkey sausage
1/2 cup elbow macaroni

Combine all ingredients except sausage and macaroni in large saucepan 
or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Cut sausage links into fourths. Stir in sausage and macaroni. Reduce 
heat and simmer covered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Servings: 6
