APRICOT LEMON BUNDT CAKE Cake: Box yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1 teaspoon lemon extract 3 ounce box lemon gelatin 3/4 cup apricot nectar 3/4 cup vegetable oil Glaze: 1/4 cup lemon juice 3/4 up powdered sugar Heat oven to 325 degrees. Combine remaining ingredients in an electric mixer and blend well. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake about 50 minutes or until done. Remove cake from pan. Mix together glaze ingredients.
