Sausage and Macaroni
 
1 pound breakfast sausage browned and drained
1 cup white onions  chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped
16 ounces cottage cheese
1 pound elbow  macaroni
32 ounces spaghetti sauce
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese  shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated

Cook sausage in skillet until well browned then drain well.
Add  onions, garlic and then sauté until onion is tender but not brown then 
set  aside.
In a large saucepan boil macaroni 10 minutes and drain  well.
Combine sausage mixture and cottage cheese and mix well.
Pour 1/2  cup sauce on bottom of casserole dish.
Spread 1/2 macaroni, 1/2 sausage  cheese mixture and cover with 1/2 
remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with 1/2  mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Add remaining macaroni, sausage and sauce  then top with remaining cheese 
and cover.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes then  serve while hot.
