CLOVE CAKE 3 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups granulated sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon ground cloves 1 cup milk 3/4 cup canola oil 3 eggs 1 teaspoon brandy 1 cup pecan pieces Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare bundt pan. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cloves, milk, oil, eggs and brandy. Stir in pecans. Pour batter into pan and bake for about 1 hour.
