Baked Garlic Chicken (low carb)

1 chicken, cut up
Salt and  pepper
1/4 cup flour
3 T. oil
30 large garlic cloves, for flavor  only
1/2 t. Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle chicken  with salt and pepper. Lightly coat 
with flour and brown in heated oil in large  pot or Dutch oven. Remove paper 
like covering from garlic, but do not peel. Add  to pot and sprinkle with 
seasonings. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover and bake 1 1/2  hours or until chicken is 
cooked through. Note: Count 1 g of carbs per garlic  clove. Keep this in 
mind if you would like to try one. Net carbs:  4
