BANANA BLUEBERRY CAKE 1 1/2 cups cola vita canola oil 2 1/2 cups sugar 3 eggs 3 cups flour 1 teaspoon soda 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup buttermilk 2 bananas, mashed 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla 1 cup pecans, chopped 3/4 cup fresh or thawed blueberries Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Add flour, soda, salt and mix together. Toss in pecans and blueberries. Add buttermilk, bananas and vanilla. Bake in greased tube pan at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes.
