OVERLOOK HOUSE DRESSING 1 egg yolk 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped anchovies 1 small clove garlic, crushed 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon each basil, tarragon, oregano, rosemary, and thyme leaves 1/8 teaspoon each ground sage, onion powder and white pepper 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1 1/2 cups oil Beat together all ingredients except vinegar and oil.
