Pecan Pie 1 c. Splenda Brown Sugar or 1 c. sugar c. Sugar Free Pancake Syrup or c. dark Karo Syrup 3 eggs 2 Tbls. Self-rising Flour 2 Tbls. milk Dash salt 1 tsp. vanilla c. melted butter 1 c. pecans Mix together and put in deep dish pie shell. Put foil over the top or empty aluminum pie pan. Bake in 350F degree oven for 45-60 minutes or until set depending on your oven. This recipe is adaptable for diabetic or regular use.
