Apple Bundt Cake

4 medium Granny Smith apples cut into chunks
5 tbsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
        Mix; set aside.

3-1/2 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp orange rind
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt

In mixing bowl combine all liquid ingredients plus orange rind.  Add

dry ingredient mixture.  Grease Bundt pan.  Spread 1/3 of batter in

pan, add a layer of apple mixture.  Alternate batter and apple mixture

until finished--top layer should be batter.  Bake at dg350 for 1 hour

20 minutes.  Cool 30 minutes before removing from pan.
