Pasta  Tchopitoulas

2 lbs cooked and  drained linguine
1 1/2 lb smoked sausage cut into discs
1 1/2 lbs raw  cleaned and de veined shrimp(No shell)
1 package sliced button mushrooms
1  cup chopped broccoli florets
1 cup The Trinity
3 cloves garlic minced
1  cup green onions chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
2 cans cream of  shrimp soup
1 1/2 cup shredded hot pepper cheese
1 can of evaporated milk  or 1 cup fresh milk
1 stick of butter
Seasoned salt to taste(I prefer Tony  Chachere's)
garlic powder to taste
onion powder to taste
cayenne pepper  to taste
black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup olive  oil

Put olive oil into large pot...Saute smoked sausage in oil for about  5 
minutes and set aside...Saute The Trinity, minced garlic, green  onions 
and parsley for 5 minutes...Add cream of shrimp soup, milk and  stick of 
butter...simmer for 5 minutes...Add cheese and Seasoned salt,  garlic 
and onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika and black  pepper...Add
shrimp and simmer for until shrimp becomes pink...Add chopped  
broccoli and sliced mushrooms and simmer for 5 more minutes on 
low...Add more milk if mixture becomes too thick...Add cooked and 
drained linguine and smoked sausage and turn heat off...Mix thoroughly 
and serve...
