SEASON'S AIRPORT CABBAGE CASSEROLE
   1 medium cabbage, cut up
   1 cup chopped celery
   2 green peppers, chopped
   2 medium onions, chopped
   Chopped garlic to taste
   Bacon fat
   1 1/2 cups grated american cheese
   1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
   Dash of worcestershire sauce
   Salt and pepper
   Bread crumbs
   Cook
 cabbage in small amount of water; drain. Sauté celery, green peppers, onions 
and
garlic in small amount of fat; add to cabbage. Pour into casserole. Combine 
cheese,
milk, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; pour over cabbage mixture. Cover 
with
crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
