Hot Dog Casserole I wonder how this would be if you used smoked sausage instead of hot dogs?
1 lg. pkg. hash brown potatoes 1 pkg. wieners 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. cheddar cheese In large heavy skillet, cook potatoes 8-10 minutes. Turn once. Place wieners on top. Cover with beaten eggs, cook another 10 minutes. Add cheese, cook until cheese melts.
