Chicken Fried Round Steak
The Best!!

* 2 lb round steak, 1/2  thick
* 2 beaten eggs
* 2 tb milk
* 2 c cracker crumbs
* 1/4 c  shortening
* 1 salt
* 1 pepper

Yield: 6  servings

Directions

Cut steak into serving pieces.Pound steak  thoroughly.Mix eggs and 
milk.Dip meat into egg mixture,then into cracker  crumbs. 
Brown,slowly,Brown,slowly,<WBR>on both sides in hot shortening.Seaso
pepper to taste.Cover,pepper to taste.Cover,<WBR>tightly,cook ov 
minutes or until tender.Serve with Southern Milk Gravy over  steaks.
