Easy Strawberry Nut Bread

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 large eggs, beaten
1-1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. thawed, frozen strawberries, with juice
1-1/4 c. chopped pecans

In large mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon
and sugar.  To dry ingredients, Add eggs, vegetable oil, strawberries
and pecans.  Stir mixture until all ingredients are moistened.  Spoon
batter into two, well greased, loaf pans.  Bake in dg350 oven for
45-50 minutes.  Let cool in pan before slicing and serving.
