Vidalia Divine

2 c. cooked, chopped, chicken
1-1/2 c. chopped vidalia onion
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. fresh whole wheat breadcrumbs
2 tbsp margarine, melted
1 tsp poppy seeds

Heat oven to dg350.  In large bowl combine first five ingredients; mix
well.  Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.  In small bowl combine
remaining ingredients; mix well.  Sprinkle over casserole.  Bake 20-25
minutes or until crumbs are golden brown and filling is bubbly.

Yield 6 servings.
