Bryce had a great time at Prom,, yeah Delma, I'm that old,, lol some days I feel older! The college here in town for the after Prom, they are locked in till 5am. So they are safe and sound. They have different things throughout the night that they do. They had a hypnotist there, the had tables set up to play gamble, they were given so much play money to play the tables. There were contest of Guitar Hero, which Bryce is great at, lots of food, No alcohol allowed. There were adults that signed up to chaperone throughout the event.till 5am.Then they were allowed to leave most of them went out to eat breakfast, some went home to bed! He had a great time. His last full day is the 19th. Class day is the 20th, and he is done. He will be going to the college campus in Ankeny 30 miles south of us, in the Fall he is taking Auto Collision. Right now here in Boone they have a paid program for Seniors only. They pay the cost for Seniors to take a class of certain choices, at the Boone campus. Bryce chose Auto Collision and he has 3 classes in the morning at Boone, then goes to Ames to the college class in the afternoons. He has really enjoyed it and does good, so he decided that is what he wants to do. We had a case of the flu hit near us. Marshalltown about 30 miles or so east from us. They closed all 9 of their schools for this week. They didn't shut down the race track though, half of Boone was probably there Saturday night for the races! Haven't heard anything yet, but I hope it don't get here to us. My new best friend ,,, my hand wash!! Goes with me everywhere!! Ya'll have a great day,, its just gorgeous here.
