Mandarin Orange Salad

60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 6-oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 can Sweetened Condensed milk
1 8-oz. container Cool Whip
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 small can sliced peaches, drained
Crushed walnuts, optional

Combine crackers, melted butter and sugar.  Press firmly into 13- by
9- by 2-inch baking dish.  Reserve some for garnish.

Blend thawed orange juice concentrate and sweetened condensed milk.
Stir in oranges, peaches and Cool Whip.  (Do not beat.)  Pour mixture
over crumb crust.  Top with reserved crumbs and nuts.  Refrigerate or
freeze until serving time.
