Horseradish Sauce

2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup finely grated fresh horseradish or well drained bottles horseradish
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Freshly ground white pepper

Combine sour cream, horseradish, mustard, salt & pepper to taste in small 
bowl, stirring until completely blended. Makes 2-1/2 cups.
