Sorry the first one didn't have the tomatoes listed to add to the  skillet. 
I typed the flour twice.
 
Old Fashioned Tomato Gravy 

4 med. Fresh tomatoes or 2 (16 oz.) cans  crushed tomatoes ΒΌ c. Bacon 
grease 
1 to 2 tbsp. Flour or enough to thicken  Dash of black pepper 

Heat bacon grease over medium heat until hot. Add  flour, stirring 
constantly until lightly browned. Add tomatoes and pepper and  let come to a 
boil. 
Cover and let set for about 5 minutes. Can be served over  rice or hot 
biscuits.
