Hi Folks, I thought I would just take a moment to wish everyone a most blessed and joyous Easter.
I'm cooking today. My menu is ham, cabbage, potatoes, carrots and onion--a big one-pot meal. I've made a Fruit Cocktail Cake for dessert--never tried it but I do like to try new things--variety is the spice of life--for some, at least. Well, what is everyone's favorite Easter candy? I like Hershey's candy-coated eggs. This year I tried some Cadbury Candy-Coated eggs. They are good too. I also like coconut cream eggs--they are about the size of a candy bar. Yum, yum.
