Challah Bread Machine Mix
Into each quart-size ziploc put:
3 C. White Bread Flour 
2 Tbsp. Sugar 
1 1/2 tsp. Salt 
1/4 C. Butter 
3/4 tsp. Poppy Seeds, optional

Instructions for use:

Dump the contents of the bag into the machine and add 3/4 C. 
Water, 2 Eggs, 1 Egg Yolk and 2 1/4 tsp.Yeast. This bread can 
be baked on regular or rapid bake cycles, but you don't want 
to do delayed bake because of the eggs ... This bread is 
traditionally a braided bread, so if you want to braid it, 
use your dough setting, turn the dough out onto a floured 
surface and punch down. Divide into ropes and braid, pinching 
dough together at the ends. Lift carefully onto a greased 
baking sheet and allow to double, about an hour, then bake 
at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
