Select dough or manual setting. When cycle is completed, remove the dough from the machine and either shape as desired, or wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for up to 24 hrs. If refrigerated, let set out for about 45 min to a hour before using The easiest shape to make is to just divide the dough into equal parts and roll into balls in your hand. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Cover shaped dough with damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes or until doubled in size. Bake in preheated 400ยบ F oven for 15 to 20 minutes. ADD ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions. SELECT Sweet setting. Add raisins at "add ingredient" signal. When dough is ready, turn on countertop and roll out to 1/2 inch thick and cut 13 biscuits with rim of glass. Place each biscuit on buttered cookie sheet and let rise till double in bulk. Place in middle rack in a cold oven and set at 425 degrees and bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes to relax the gluten. -Roll out dough into a rectangle, sprinkle with miniature chocolate chips, and roll up into a loaf. Place dough into greased loaf pan, cover and let rise for 45 minutes. Slash loaf with a razor or a lame. -Bake in preheated 375 degree F (190 degrees C) oven for 25-30 minutes.
