Ravioli Lasagna 2 c ricotta 10 oz spinach, chopped and drained 3 cup romano cheese, grated 1 egg Salt & pepper Tomato sauce Frozen ravioli
Mix the ricotta, spinach, grated cheese, egg, salt & pepper. Put 2 cups of tomato sauce in the bottom of a deep 8x8 casserole. Layer ravioli and spinach mixture. Top with more sauce and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
