Bananas Foster Bread Pudding:

5 Eggs
2 Egg yolks
2 1/2 cups of milk or half and half
1/cup sugar (more or less to taste)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 loaf of bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl Wisk together eggs, yolks,
milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Dice bread into 1" squares. Spray the bottom of a 9" x 14" pan.
Mix the diced bread into the egg mixture and pour into the pan.
Make sure the bread absorbs the mix very well so there is no dry Bread.
Bake for 55-60 min.
Sauce: Serves 3-4

3-4 Bananas sliced into coins
2 T butter
3 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Orange Juice
1 1/2 T Brown sugar

Melt Butter then add bananas and sauté for one minute.
Take pan off heat and add rum.
Put pan back on burner (Caution this will catch on fire!!) cook rum
off to almost dry, then add orange juice and brown sugar and cook
until sugar is dissolved.
Top warmed bread pudding with the sauce.
