Spaghetti Fritters (easter) 
=A0=A0=A0=A0 1/2=A0 lb=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0 cooked spaghetti 
=A0=A0 3=A0well beaten eggs 
=A0=A0=A0=A0 1/4=A0 C.=A0=A0 grated Italian cheese 
=A0=A0 4=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0 Stalks=A0 fresh parsley -- chopped well 
=A0=A0 1=A0 Tbsp.=A0 garlic salt 
=A0=A0 1=A0 Tsp.=A0=A0 oregano 
=A0=A0 1=A0 Tsp.=A0 salt 
=A0=A0 1=A0=A0 Dash=A0 pepper oil
In a large bowl, mix together the spaghetti, eggs, cheese, parsley,
garlic stalt, oregano, and salt. 
Add oil to a skillet and heat till oil is hot. Drop mixture by forkfuls
into the skillet. 
Be sure to leave space between fritters. Brown lightly and turn. Serve
hot.
