Easter rabbit salad Ingredients 1 pear 1 leaf of lettuce/cabbage 1 carrot 2 small red candies (or red currents or raspberries) 1 marshmallow melted chocolate 1 caramel (or a slice of licorice)
Directions 1. Peel a pear, slice it in half & slice out the core. This is the rabbits body. 2. Place the one half of the pear on the lettuce or cabbage leaf using the narrow end of the pear as the rabbits head. 3. Using the carrot, cut out 2 long slices & insert them into the 2 holes in the rabbits head. These are his ears. 4. For the rabbits tail, use the marshmallow, & for its eyes use the two small candies. 5. Dribble the melted over the rabbit to look like the shape of a jacket. 6.
