Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe Introduction
This cookie is very moist and delicious. The raisins are boiled first so they are nice and tender. I like to make these cookies because they have some 'redeeming value' ..... raisins and oatmeal. That way you can eat more with less guilt. It's also better for the kids. I'll also add in some wheat germ(~1/4cup) if I have it.
