ENOCH'S CHOCOLATE ICEBOX CAKE
   2 squares baker's chocolate
   1 can eagle brand milk
   1/2 cup water
   1 large box vanilla wafers
   Melt
 chocolate in double boiler. Add milk; stir and cook until thick. Stir often so 
it
won't stick. Cook about 5 minutes, then add 1/2 cup of water. Cook until thick 
again
(like icing). Line loaf pan with foil. Alternate layer of chocolate and layer of
wafers, beginning with wafers and ending with wafers. Top with whipped cream. 
Refrigerate
cake until very cold before putting on whipped cream.
