freezer cucumber pickles
thinly slice 3 & 1/2 cups cucumbers
2 small onions cut into rings & divided
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinagare
3 tablespoons water
in a large bowl, combine first 3 things, sit aside.
in a sauce pan, combine vinagare, sugar & water.
 cook on low heat. keep stirred untill sugar has dissolved
pour over cucumber mixture
cover chill 48 hours, spoon into jars or freezer containers.
seel, lable, & freeze upto 6 months.
to use, thauw in refregirater
thauwed pickles, should be used,
in a week.
