Hearty Minestrone Soup

3 cans beef broth, 14.5 oz. each
1 can red kidney beans, 15 oz
1 can cannellini beans, 14 to 16 oz
1 can crushed tomatoes, 28 oz
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 small onion, chopped, about 1/2 cup
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 10 oz
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

In a soup pot, combine all ingredients except the macaroni. Bring to a boil. 
Add the macaroni. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes or until 
macaroni is cooked. Note the true Italian way to serve it is topped with 
grated Parmesan cheese.
