EXALTED CORN SOUFFLÉ
   1/4 cup butter
   1/4 cup flour
   2/3 cup milk
   1 cup cooked corn, sieved
   3 eggs, separated
   1/2 teaspoon salt
   1/4 cup grated cheese
   1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
   Melt
 butter; add flour and mix to a smooth paste. Add milk and corn; cook until 
thick,
stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; add beaten egg yolks, salt, cheese and 
green
pepper. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites; pour into greased baking dish. Bake 
at
350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
