FOREVER WILTED SPINACH SALAD
   1-pounds fresh spinach, washed, dried -- chilled
   8 slices bacon -- diced
   1-tablespoons brown sugar
   1/3-cup sliced green onions
   Salt, to taste
   3 tablespoons vinegar
   1/4-teaspoons dry mustard
   In
 a heavy skillet, fry diced bacon until crisp. Reduce heat, add sugar, onions, 
salt,
vinegar, and dry mustard, bring to a boil. Pour the hot mixture over spinach. 
Toss
lightly and serve.
